Is there a way to set a heart rate alert for a certain range when exercising ?
I can find the alert when in rest but not exercising.
Reason I ask is I need to do a exercise training program that involves using certain heart rates rather than fitness. So I want it to alert me when I reach a certain bpm rather than have to constantly look at watch.
Or is there any 3rd party apps that can do this. ?
