GW4 classic replacement, no strap!

Watch out if you need to replace a faulty watch, Samsung UK customer support is terrible. 
My GW4 classic was faulty. They said send it all back for inspection/replacement. After 2 weeks I got my replacement. 
Only a watch head. No strap!
The website chat bot does not get you a human at all.
Samsung support UK call centre is off-shore and the staff refuse to help.

People, if your gadgets go faulty. Get a refund. Don't risk Samsung support UK. They won't help you.

Your error can't blame Samsung for you being stupid
It's easy to speak to someone geez
Samsung support has always been good and solved any issue
