I have recently bought a Samsung watch, I have had to stop wearing it due to a reaction to the strap. I've never had this issue before, and I don't have skin or any allergies.
Can a different replacement be issued.

If you're happy to do that, can you send us a Private Message to our @Sam_UK  account (https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1716597) with your contact details and any other relevant information (e.g. the model number and serial number of your watch, and any other steps you've taken to try to prevent the skin reaction). Guide on how to send a Private/Direct Message here if you need it: https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/samsung-lounge/how-to-send-a-private-message-on-the-samsung-comm...

I use the sports band. With me the first day or so, it got a bit red and itchy. Not aggressively but it did nonetheless. However, it completely went on the 3rd day in. I think I just got used to it. Although this will happen if u have it really tight and you sweat.

Maybe try a leather replacement or a fabric band.
