gear fit 2 display problems

hi only had the gear fit 2 since the 12th September and the display started to go brown today then had lines in it, comes on after a few min then turns back off. it's still vibrates so think it's still receiving notifications. 

 

any suggestions please.

If a soft reboot by turning the device Off and On does not help or a factory reset then if this was my device i'd be wanting to swap it for a new one due to how new it is.

 

Usually a 30 day swap out is relevant if purchase from a shop. 

 

Please check where you acquired it from.
