Unfortunately if the earbud is damaged by the way you describe it wouldn't be covered under the Manufacturing Warranty @Noemi88
If the unit was punctured by a tooth you should be able to see that visibly and if so then seek medical attention for your son just to be safe for his health.
If it wasn't breached then you've now got a very unique earbud with your sons tooth print in.
Plesse do keep them out of reach of youngsters so stop this and choking hazards.

But it could be possible that the unit lost any liquid material? Such as battery electrolyte?

You would really need to take it to a Samsung Service Location to be looked over.
