Water button

Can anyone help, I put the Aqua button on for my exercise, but today the water icon didn't go off. The icon for swimming went off, but as you know if the water icon is on. Nothing else works.

Guessing you meant to put this under smart watches as no samsung phones support being used under water.

If you enable water lock, holding one of the buttons for 5 seconds should remove it while playing a sound to free the speaker of water

@LynnB: It should also be possible to disable Water Lock mode by swiping from the top of the screen to the bottom to access the Watch's Quick Panel, and tapping on the Water Lock icon (it looks like 2 droplets of water) so it greys out.

ThankyouI have tried to do that. It plays the sound but the icon stays there

Have you tried rebooting the watch?

The watch doesn't do anything while the water icon is on.

Sorry but how do you reboot?

Hold the top button till you see a menu (usually 5 seconds), press the on screen power button. Then when it seems shut down, hold the top button to start it again
