hi sir
after i update my huawei nova 4 mobile to android 12 , my galaxy classic watch cant connect to the samsung account to restore the last backup. although the galaxy wearable is connected to mobile by bluetooth but cant connect to samsung account
i tried to reset both of mobile and watch to factory and removed all programs related but the problem is still
can any one help to overcome this problem

@oxy1967 @matrix8 Can you confirm if you are using the Samsung Gear app on your phone, please?
Also, in relation to access relating to your Samsung account, you may wish to reach out to our Accounts Team at 0800 995 1079, particularly if your account is still linked to an old device and causing an issue.
