Galaxy Watch4 - Word "Sending" on the screen?

When I first turn my new s4 watch on in the morning all I am getting is the word Sending on the watch face and I have no idea why at all... And it takes a good min or more to stop can anyone shed any light on this please as I have no idea you

A guess - but might be sending sleep data etc to the health app on your phone ?
