Hi,

I don't think I'm alone with this issue, but can't fund any help on it.

My Neo QLED TV keeps suggesting I connect my watch (I have a Galaxy Watch Ultra). But ive tried and tried with no luck. I also tried on another Samsung TV to see if it was unique to the device.. but that one doesn't connect either..

Is the Galaxy Watch Ultra not compatible with the TV Samsung Health because it's Google Wear OS and not Tizen?

@RichyC: Please can you confirm the model number of your TV? This can be found on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Settings > Support > About This TV.

Please note that the TV will need to be a 2024 model, and have the same Samsung account registered to it as the Watch in order to link with the Samsung Health app.

Ah, right. These are 2021 model.. but they have the Samsung Health App and must just be generic adverts for "connect your watch" in that case..

My main TV is QE55QN94AATXXU

I'd add though.. the app "sees" my synced data.. Just the watch wont connect to the TV. It finds it, then the watch asks for a pin which never appears.

@RichyC: If you take a look at the link below from our friends at Samsung US, this contains everything you need to know about utilising the Samsung Health app on your TV.

https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00086962/

If you have the same Samsung account registered to both the Watch and TV, then it should be possible to link the 2 accounts via the dashboard of the Samsung Health app on your TV. Sadly I'm unable to verify this from my position, but I would encourage you to explore your options here as a starting point.

It's not the account that are the issue... sorry if I'm not explaining better!

On the TV app, it says I can link my watch to the TV to (i think) track a workout.

I click "connect watch" then make my watch discoverable. The TV then finds the watch and I click the option to add it. The watch then says "do you want to link to the TV (or something similar). I click yes, but then the watch says to enter a pin... there isn't any pin I can see.

For other connections such as my phone, a pin comes up on the top right of the screen.. but for the watch there isn't anything. The TV then says it fails to connect.

Here's the stages. In this one, it found the watch and thw watch asked me to confirm connection, and the TV asked me to allow it to be added.. both I confirmed then the failed message came up. 20250101_095939_1000043262_1735725581.jpg20250101_100004_1000043263_1735725606.jpg20250101_100103_1000043264_1735725665.jpg

@RichyC: Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Based on the unexpected nature of this issue, I recommend utilising the Remote Management feature on your TV, as this will allow one of our Product Specialists to connect remotely to your TV, and provide a hands on approach to resolving your query.

To access this feature, please head to Home > Settings > Support > Remote Management, and follow the on-screen prompts.

But you're saying it *should* have no issue connecting to a Watch Ultra? I reset the TV, which is what I think other people who reported this said the remote helper got them to do (and never gor resolved).

I'll try it, but the TV isn't in warranty so I won't write in my dream journal about it haha.
