I have used my Galaxy Buds 2 for more than 3 years. But when I tried to use them today, the right Bud work normally, but the left didn't connect. In the Wearable App, it only shows me the Right Bud and the Case, but not the left.
When I only put the Right Bud in the Case, the LED goes to red.
When I only put the Left Bud in, the LED instantly goes to green without showing red a single second.
I tried to reset the Buds and I have cleaned everything with cotton. I unpaired them and paired them again.
Still nothing in the left ear bud. I also tried to take them out and putting them back in (30 times or so) but the LED stayed on green the entire time.
What should I do?

Hello and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋
A similar thread https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/wearables/left-earbud-not-working.
If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.
It does seem you have carried out all the troubleshooting steps you can @SwenBergmann
The next step would be a Samsung Service Centre but as the warranty is expired Samsung may change a fee.
You can then make an informed decision to pay or upgrade.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
