@VickyVP: Are making sure to stay within range of your Note 9, as venturing further than 10m from the device can cause it to lose the Bluetooth connection. Furthermore are there any walls or obstructions between the watch and phone when the issue occurs? Can you try restarting the watch by pressing and holding the Home button and selecting 'Power Off', then power off the Note 9, wait for 20 seconds and power it back on along with the watch. Does this resolve your issue?
