Galaxy buds mic doesn't work

i bought a black galaxy buds week ago and the mic never work in calls  the buds connected they hear me from my s9 do i need to enable it or something .

 

even when i tried to record myself to tst it with the buds still didn't work.

It should just work @Ziv_shaaltiel 

 

Going from my own personal experience with the Samsung Buds and that of others on YouTube etc the quality of the connection in regards to voice calls is very poor however. 

 

People said I sounded croaky or couldn't hear me when making a voice call.

 

If you feel the Buds are defective then either visit a Samsung Experience Store or ask whoever's supplied them to swap them out.
