Received Galaxy buds today, but only 1 connecting to bluetooth

Can anyone help, I received galaxy buds today and only 1 will connect.

When I go on my settings it says 2 are connected, however when I'm on the wearable app, only 1 is connected and the other one has a ! next to it.

 

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone etc and I'm still having the same problem.

Hey Alan.

That doesn't sound good 😞 I'd probably try a reset on your Galaxy Buds if you haven't already. You can head to the Galaxy Wearable app and select the About Earbuds option - this will bring up the Reset Earbuds selection. Another thing to try is un-pairing the Galaxy Buds and repairing them, but ensure the buds are within 10m of the phone you're connecting them to!

I've got the same issue just received mine today only left will pair I've tried all the above troubleshooting did you find resolution?
