I need some help
I replaced my right galaxy bud live as my original one was damaged
However. It has a different Bluetooth number to.my left bud
ie left bud is O84c and
Right bud is 0F08
The buds play separately but not together
Is there a way of syncing them so they play simultaneously?
I have tried resetting them and then repairing but it hasn't worked

Hi there, @GarethV. Firstly, I'd recommend consulting the guide below (from our colleagues at Samsung Singapore):

https://www.samsung.com/sg/support/mobile-devices/how-to-couple-with-a-newly-purchased-earbud-and-a-...

Some of the information towards the end of the aforementioned guide will only be relevant to that region, but I'm sure you'll see that.

I'm not sure where you purchased the replacement Bud. However, if the guide does not facilitate you in getting your Buds Live synced, then our In-store engineers will be ideally placed to ensure that you get these synced again:

Please let us know how you get on.
