Galaxy buds FE "auto switch buds" function is not working on my galaxy book 2 business

so as i mentioned , when i try to activate auto switch on my galaxy book, i don't find my galaxy buds FE

it says , no paired buds , but on my phone it show it

 i really bought this buds for that functionality

it got me disappointed that it is not working

i am using

  • galaxy buds FE 
  • samsung galaxy book 2 business 
  • windows 11
  • galaxy A34 5G , one ui 6.1

@Hunter__z: Please can you confirm if you have taken the bullet points in the screenshot into account?

- Both the phone and laptop must be signed in to the same Samsung account

- The Buds FE must have connected manually to the computer at least once before

- The Buds FE won't auto switch if they are connected to a device which is playing media

If it's Windows 11, just don't bother, Windows 10 was/is fine.

Hi Andrew 

yeah, i confirm that i assured that all the instructions in the screenshot were respected 

both my laptop and my phone are connected to the same account , and the same wifi too , 

the galaxy buds work fine with the two devices, and the sound quality is good 

but when i get into the autoswitch pannel i can't find the buds on my pc but it's there on phone

Facing exactly the same issue. Did you find a solution?

There is no solution yet. It’s very disappointing. I will switch to an Apple ecosystem as soon as I can. They really prioritize their customers. For example, switching from your phone to your PC takes a long time with the app. But it only takes 2 seconds using the Bluetooth panel on Windows.

the battery life is mediocre and not that good , i will change maybe to a soundcore product at this moment
