So my case just stopped charging. I've tried using wireless, charger that came with the case and 2 other working chargers. Non of them worked, any help?

My Samsung Galaxy buds pro2 purchased 2023 Apr, after 2 months, the case charges the buds only when plugged in to usb c, it reports 95% charge; but doesn't work when removed from the usb c cable.
In addition the Buds 2 pro discharges asymmetrically: 36% L 16% R. IMHO two months is rather short lifespan for a product. While not certain if there is any consumer laws against this in Ontario Canada, but I expected a company like Samsung to take pride in their flagship product and do better -- now I feel disappointment.

Hi, @Steven Varga. I certainly wouldn't expect this to be happening, so I'd recommend consulting the steps in the guide below (from Samsung US):

I also recommend ensuring that the charging contacts within the Buds case are clean, and that you clean the Buds as well. The guide below should help with this:

Thank you for the reply! The buds pro are clean, and rather new looking. I did contact the support team on June 19, 2022 12:15EDT - until 13:42EDT approx 87 minutes, where we went through the functionality of the device, in detail with Samsung Support Team Canada. In the end the representative acknowledged the device failure and gave me this reference number.... with the following direct quote: 1:41 PM We have filed a service ticket for you. You will be receiving the way bill to your email address.
I am writing these words on Jun 30, 12 days later from the promise of the email, I have not received anything so far.
Any advice?

Hi, @Steven Varga. Thanks for the update. I just edited the reference number out of your post, as this is personal to you.
If you've checked your Junk/Spam mail folder (just in case the email has been sent there inadvertently) and still can't locate it, I highly recommend reaching out to the Support Team in Canada as soon as possible.
