Hi,

I'd like to request the feature to set a charge limit on my Galaxy Watch 6 like I have on my phone.

For example I have my phone to charge to 80% maximum, I can then put it on charge and not worry about it. I'd like to do the same for my watch. To protect its battery and increase longevity I'd like a setting to charge to 80% max without having to sit and watch it.

Thanks

Yes please. I bought my first smartwatch and it is the galaxy watch ultra. I use it every minute of every day and would really like to continue to do so for a long time. If we could please have this feature like we have in our phones that would be a lifesaver. Thank you

Still no official word from Samsung?

I currently have an S10 Ultra, an S8+, an S23 Ultra, and a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. All but the watch have this feature. Looking at the bigger picture, with the watch having the smallest battery, wouldn't it be logical to employ this feature here?

S10 Ultra = 11,200 mAh

S8+ = 3500 mAh

S23 Ultra = 4855 mAh

Galaxy Watch4 Classic = 247 mAh (!)

Yes on developing this feature please. I try to limit the battery charge to about 80% by managing how long it sits on the charger. Usually 30-45 minutes each morning. But it would be much easier to just put it on the charger at night and have it charged to 80% at the start of each day. Make it work just like battery protection does on the phones.

It would be a good option, I use it on my phone to extend the battery life of course.
