Issues with period tracker on galaxy watch 4

Hey😊 any woman here having trouble accessing the period tracker? So when i go to select cycle tracking on watch it says turn on cycle tracking in samsung health on your phone, i select okay takes me to SH on phone and it wont allow me enter period date also its like its not responding at all them loading circles just going round 😡😭 trying to figure out how the hell to turn on tracking it was already on had the watch since december never had an issue

Hi, there was an update for the SH app about a week ago, did you get it? If you are already running the latest release, then you could try clearing the app cache.
Settings>apps>Samsung Health>storage. Tap clear data and cache.

My data isn't even saving, I've tried adding in May and June for over a week now and when I press save and then leave the calendar it just disappears
