Dear members I am not happy with the new pro ear phones any recommendations as it does not cancell noise

ANC can be turned on in the wearable app or by touching one of the buds and holding for a few seconds, you should get a confirmation its has turned on with a sound

You can adjust ANC levels in the app. Make sure you are also using the right size tips to ensure the buds fit securely.
I've not found an issue with the noise cancellation; infact the opposite in that i can't hear anything external to the buds and if 'deaf' to what's going on.
