#Watch4 has a watchface from the App called Digital Dashboard.

Top right, shows how much charge

Top left, how many steps so far today.

But what is the meaning of the long swipe at the bottom, going from green to orange to red?

The 'swipes' can be changed in the Wear App under complications so you can customise them to whichever functions you want.
By default then from left to right, its Steps, heart rate, UV. There's a small icon just after each bar to show what it refers to

The preceding post got it right. Top left is the step count, top right is the battery status, bottom left is the heart rate and bottom right is the UV index. These are the default complications.

The customisation is also correct, but if you want to stay with the rest of the design, you can't just chose every feature you want because not all are dispayed as a bar. Some will be displayed as a text that goes around the corner and look bad, if I recall correctly.
