Is there a way to not receive phone notifications from my note 20 while I'm wearing my galaxy watch? It's quite annoying having my phone go ding then a second later have my watch ding.

Enabling this option should stop notifications coming through to your phone while wearing your watch

No worries mate sorry I couldn't help you more I'm still waiting for 2.5 on my Note 10+ 5G so I'm unfamiliar with any new settings
