galaxy watch 7 sends notifications although it is in flight mode

Hello

My watch 7 SM L310, no LTE version, sends even  notification to my phone when the watch is in flight mode, BT and WLAN are off, e.g. when it is fully loaded or a new firmware is ready to be installed and I can confirm it at my phone where also BT and WLAN is off..

Any idea?

@Members_KEk9vFh: If Bluetooth is disabled on both your Watch7 and your smartphone, then the notification is likely to be stemming from an app or feature on the phone itself. Are the notifications coming from a specific source, or is it random? 

On your Watch7, try heading to Settings > Notifications > Phone notifications on Watch > Always show on both, and toggle this option off to see if this helps.
