Buds2 mic

How do you use the mics on the buds2? I've had them for a while now, I looked it up and saw that you could use them for calls on Skype. Insta, Facebook ect

But when I'm in a call for example on messenger, my audio is being taken from my phone and not the buds. Same thing for video recordings on the camera app or on snapchat. The audio is always coming from my phone

this is so strange, Mine automatically uses the buds mic.

I'm meaning my input device is always the phone, except on the camera app I can choose which device mic is being used. But in calls like discord and messenger the phone is the one being used as the mic and I don't understand how to change that

Do you have "calls" enabled in your bt settings for buds 2?

I do yes, calls and audio

I'm pretty sure the buds2 use their mics when in a call via messenger, I just tested but as for discord (that's a no I'm pretty sure) I did read alot about it and most things said discord doesn't do external mics on mobile, but my friends buds work fine. So I'm assuming it's a Samsung thing
