Buds Pro tinny sound

Is anybody else experiencing tinny sound on the Buds Pro. Comes and goes but sounds awful.

sounds like they not fitting properly have you tried different ear tips that came with it? make sure they go right in

Yeah, tried different fittings. The ones I have fit fine and the sound goes from normal to tinny and back without adjusting them

@ChrisDen: This may potentially be related to Ambient Mode, or Active Noise Cancelling. Try heading to the Galaxy Wearables app, look for Ambient Mode or Active noise Cancelling, and disable these features or adjusting the levels to see if you notice an improvement.

mine are like being in the cinema the bass is unreal try changing the sound settings to dynamic

mine sound great and really happy with them although ANC without music playing is pretty much non existent. the tinny noise for me kicks in when ambient noise mode kicks in. if voice detect is enabled it will activate ambient noise mode with lowers the music, if playing, and then the mics pick up the surrounding noise and plays it through your buds. this is really tinny. the settings allow you to set it to 5, 10 or 15 seconds. could this be why it's random as it only kicks in when you speak or it thinks someone is speaking you...
