Hi all
Just had the Buds Pro delivered and cant get them to connect to my laptop via Bluetooth.
They are working fine on my FE Smart Phone so I spoke to Samsung chat and they say they wont work?!?!
£220 for something you can only use on an Android device is rediculous!
Come on Samsung, you need to do a FW update to get these very expensive Android only ear buds working with Windows.
Other cheaper buds in the Samsung range work so why dont these out of the box!!!!
Safe to say I shall be returning them for a full refund.

If you set up the touch first using the app then no matter what the device the touch works well

if you want the app just get it from the MS Windows app store

yes this is the best way because you get a tone when they enter paring mode so you have some indication that it is ready, stupid that there is no visible indication they can be paired when in the case and since that only works the first time ever, its WORTHLESS

you can also stick them in your ears and touch both left and right for about 5 seconds and it works fine... dont need to disconnect before hand

PS you dont actually have to disconnect them first... works without needing to do that

just have to ask... have you ever connected any BT headset successfully?

Thanks! As soon as I turned off Bluetooth on my phone and opened the case, the popup showed up on my laptop and paired, within seconds!

I think team SS needs to provide to end-user a solution easy connect SS Galaxy buds with other devices ie. laptop BT (Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS), I use a laptop with Bluetooth but really difficult to pair with my Buds Pro, always need to remove pair and re-pair to use, and mic sometime not work.
I use it on Ubuntu and macOS is stuck, maybe Ubuntu/macOS not full, but you should provide a driver or app for the end-user support better not only with Android mobile phone....
Thank SS.

Hello,
I have tried the suggestions mentioned so far but I am still facing the same issue. Has anyone managed to connect the buds successfully with PC?
Thanks

Unofficial Galaxy Buds Client (it has more features, like custom keyboard shortcuts to control features, firmware upgrade/downgrade, etc.)
ThePBone/GalaxyBudsClient (github.com)

Official Galaxy Buds Client (works exactly like the client on the phone):
