WearablesHad my watch for a while now and been very happy with it, until a few days ago when my 'Wake-up gesture' had stopped working. I went through all the troubleshooting (theatre mode, goodnight mode etc), did much research but to no avail.
Through research I then found my steps were not working, nor heart rate monitor or anything seemingly linked to a sensor and that this was actually a very common issue.
I have carried out resets, hard resets, factory restore, absolutely everything that can be done and suggested but no luck.
My watch runs the following software:
One UI Watch version: 1.5
Tizen: 4.0.0.7
Software version: R805FXXU1FSL3
Knox: 2.4.0
Knox Tizen Wearable SDK: 2.4.0
SE for Tizen:2.0.0
TIMA: 3.0.0
This is a second hand watch so cannot return or use any warranty.
1. Is the software to blame? (had read some users upgraded software and then had the issue).
2. Can the software be rolled back to an earlier version?
3. What is the answer to resolve this?
