Just took delivery a few days ago of the new Galaxy Buds3 Pro - love them! While switching the ear tips, I managed to damage one of them and am now looking for replacements. Samsung has sent me on a couple of wild goose chases and are now telling me they don't have any replacements.

Anybody have any ideas on where I might get them?

Grateful thanks, James

I'll post again when I receive them.

They're now telling me they can't help as it was me that caused the damage. I told them I have no problem paying for them, but they've said I need to buy them through a third party supplier, as Samsung don't sell them. I raised the design issue that's been reported, but that doesn't seem to have made a difference. Pretty frustrated right now!

I had a "chat" with them 7 days ago and got a ticket with a promise for replacements. A follow-up two days ago resulted in a response that no new tips were being sent and I had to call customer service for warranty repair.

I called them and after 52 minutes, was told that they were unaware of the problem and was disconnected.

I just received two medium size replacement tips as promised from Samsung. I am unsure why they are giving conflicting answers to everyone. I guess I was one of the lucky ones.

I had the same issue that @Nuchae experienced (plastic ring detaching from the silicon part) and a session with Samsung Deutschland support chat allowed me to get replacements for my two M eartips. So I'd recommend people to go that way to contact the support (at least for German users).

I should add that I already managed to take them off properly before my second attempt, which led to this outcome. I'm not sure, but I'd say the glue they use to stick the two parts together isn't doing the job as expected. I'm looking forward to the Azla and Diofit solutions, because I'm not sure the newly received eartips will last long. 🫤

No they won't. I took my faulty Buds 3 Pro to my local Edinburgh store but they refused to help because I ordered mine online via the Shop.

Posted back in July about the issue with the faulty ear tips. Well, after lots of calls, chats and frustration my replacement buds arrived - I had to have the whole unit replaced, as Samsung advised replacement ear tips alone weren't available.

Once again, after following Samsung guidance to the letter, the ear tips tore AGAIN! Only saving grace is I managed to apply the size I needed and I don't need the damaged ones for now.

Just need to wait for Samsung to come up with replacements or a new design, or a third party to come up with something better.

If anyone from Samsung is out there listening, when are you going to take stock of customer feedback and actually do something about it?

I faced the same problem and contacted the support I am from Iraq and the support was very bad as the service employee does not know whether they own spare parts or not. It's very annoying. I paid $250 for headphones that the company doesn't provide spare parts. It's very unsatisfactory. If I knew about this, I wouldn't have bought these headphones in the first place. I had to look more before I paid so much for these headphones.

Headphones are good, but I do not recommend anyone to buy them because of this bad Samsung service. Everyone who wants to buy headphones should think twice before doing so. I ripped up. I have the piece that comes with the headset. It's the most comfortable piece I've used. I haven't tried to replace it. But my friend tried to rip it off. I ripped it off. Then when I asked for support help. It was shocking. It made me regret the legislature of the headphones from Samsung. Although I was an old user of Samsung products, their service was so bad.
