If u ordered direct from samsung store u can go to local samsung store and they will replace them for free. Its buds 3 pro problem

I received mine on the 19th. I also had the same issue. I contacted Samsung service via their chat. After sending them photos of the damaged tip and proof of purchase. They said they will send me replacement tips. I should receive them in 5 to 7 business days. I also was able to have them extend the trade in date of my older buds by 7 days.
