Buds 2 pro case doesn't hold charge

My Galaxy 2 Pro case no longer holds a charge. It always stays at one percent. If I plug it in and put my earbuds in, it only charges my Galaxy Buds. Even when they are at one hundred percent, the case will stay at one.

Hi there, @dyslexic. It's strange that your Buds2 Pro case isn't holding charge, and I understand that you've reset the Buds. Have you tried any other steps to get your case charging up as expected?

There are a range of suggestions on this board, so I didn't want to suggest anything else you might have already tried.

Leaving the case open with an earbud in so I could see the visual indicator saying the case is charging when it's not changing at all. tried the Samsung Members battery health checker for the Galaxy Buds2 Pro
There is continuous loading for that. Obviously, check for updates.

Thanks for this, @dyslexic. I appreciate it might seem odd, but have you tried charging the case (either leaving it open or closed) by connecting it via the USB-C cable to a PC or laptop (if you have either of these to hand, of course)?
