Buds 3 problems

Is anyone having issues with their Buds 3 holder? This has only happened twice and both times after been in the gym for 2hrs. after wiping down my buds, I place them back in the charger holder thing and the LED light flashes red constantly, the buds do not charge and its not connecting to my phone. It takes a while of fiddling connecting, Un connecting, opening and closing for everything to reconnect and charge. Annoyingly this is the 2nd set as the first set had a dodgy charge pin and didn't charge the right bud most of the time. When the buds are used for a short while theres no issues, its just seems weird that its when I'm at the gym only.

 

Any thoughts? or shall it be a retrun to the shop

I experienced a similar issue about 2 weeks ago, I wasn't at the gym. I used them at home while working on my laptop. I wiped the bottom of the earphone stems where it makes contact with the charging pins. Didn't seem to work the first clean so did it again and I popped the case to charge with the ear buds inside the case. This fixed the issue for me and not had a repeat of the issue yet.

I have recently started to get an error on my phone saying one bud is not charging after i put them in the case....giving them a little clean seems to resolve but this happens increasingly more often now

Having this all the time too. Must be software issue as I have two sets of the Buds3 Pro and they both have the same issue.
