I'm sorry to hear your experiencing these battery drain issues with your phone and watch.

If necessary you can reset the watch.
In regards to your phone it can take approximately 2 weeks + to have your phone complete the learning phase ,which is where the phone learns your usage habits.
The battery should then settle but obviously battery stats is a subjective topic as we all set up our phone's differently, and use different apps, and use them differently.
Poor Network signal can be battery draining as well can be regular sync schedules.
And it will take a few charges and discharges of the battery to reach optimum output.
In the phone's Settings under Device Care > Battery this will show you what is using the battery in the way if apps.
If an app is excessively using the battery then you can out the phone into Sleep and Deep Sleep Mode.
In the same Device Care Section there is an Optimisation tool you can run.
Another troubleshooting step is to Clear the Phone's System Partition Cache Files Section.
To do this which does nkt delete your own saved data > Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
