Allow us to turn Notifications off for Samsung Health

If we can't stop Samsung Health from running in the background on Watch 5 Pro then come on at least let us turn of the stupid patronising notifications when we achieve a goal.

Yet again something else which is thrust upons us by the powers that be at Samsung, have a ****ing word Samsung.

It's possible via the Wear application, navigate to Notifications, locate Samsung health, turn the toggle to off
