Hello,
I received a Galaxy Watch4 40mm with an Olive wristband as a part of a samsung promo for trading in my phone through EE.
Unfortunately, I have noticed that I seem to be allergic to the wristband and have broken out in a rash over the past week
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and whether or not there is support available for this issue?
I have posted a picture below this. Bear in mind I don't wear the watch tightly and this rash is itchy and has some hives and the marks have stayed after removing the watch.
Thank you

I had this problem with my otherwise wonderful Galaxy Watch 2. My solution was to buy the SupCase protective band from Amazon, which adds a bullet-proof layer of physical protection and looks (not my everyday description for anything) AWESOME. Makes the buttons a little more deliberate to press. Only problem was the clasp that the excess band slips into was a bit flimsy and broke open after a few months. I could, theorertically have ordered a new clasp, but it was far easier to order a whole new band. This time, I have been careful to position the clasp before tucking in the excess band rather than drag the clasp and break it. Great shape after many moths.

I have to blame to the material used for the belt. So, I Will remplace It for a leather one
