My watch that I bought 2nd hand last year went wrong a few months ago, it stopped counting steps, tracking heart rate, turning the screen on when raising wrist amongst other things no doubt.
I contacted Samsung via the live chat on Sunday, went through various troubleshooting steps to no avail to which the advisor suggested that the watch went in for inspection to which I agreed.
It was collected on Monday and promptly returned on Thursday, fully functional may I add! I wasn't asked for proof of purchase and the repair (whatever they did) didn't cost me a penny, thankyou Samsung!
