Hi, this is called input lag, your streaming from the cloud which means ur basically using someone else's computer, input lag can be caused by many reasons for example your broadband connection is slow or your router is far away from your TV. as
@SocietyGirl said above, if possible use a wired connection/ethenet cable. there's no need to raise it with xbox as they'd tell u there's nothing they can do, I hope you resolve your issue soon
