Hello,
I purchased the 65" QN900B model, and I've encountered an issue with video files played directly from a Samsung SSD 4TB. I was able to play several movies (.MP4) without any problems, but suddenly today, the TV indicates that the files are unsupported. This is strange because I was able to play those exact files previously.
Now, when I transfer new videos to the SSD, the TV claims they're not supported. The size of the video doesn't seem to make a difference; some videos are just 200 MB, while others are 1 GB.
Another issue I've noticed is that the TV sometimes recognizes video files as other audio files (like the music I have stored on the SSD).
Does anyone have a solution to this?
