hello everyone. The reason for my problem is that I have a Samsung UN43J5200 TV (I know, a little old), yesterday I restarted SmartHub, and now the Netflix app does not install, it just keeps installing but nothing happens. I have always used Netflix in this TV and the app still works on the TV but it does not install. Any solution

Hi @David Z check you have the latest Us firmware (though we are the uk/European communities) https://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/?model=N0021596&modelCode=UN43J5200AFXZA Do you have apps set to Auto update?
otherwise could try a Factory Reset. It is a 2015 model , I know that support for 2012 models was previously withdrawn and the list likely to be extended. did you fix it with your tv? How did you do that? or still have the same problem?
