Why does my TV keep undoing my deleted TV channels? Every time I customise my channels it stays for a few days then reverts bac

@Dave146: I'm not too sure why this might be happening. At this stage, please confirm the model number of the TV, located on the sticker on the back of the device, or in Settings > Support > About This TV, and I will look into this further for you.

Sorry for the long delay, the issue seemed to have stopped, but now it's back.  

My TV is Samsung TV_2023_NIKEL

Me too. For me, only the Samsung TV Plus channels are reverted, not the Antenna channels. The favorites are lost as well (from Edit Channel screen only)

@Dave146: Sadly I don't recognise the TV model number that you have posted above. Can you take another look by following the steps in my previous post, so I can look into this in further detail for you?

@mak496: There is an option to restore deleted Samsung TV Plus channels in the Channel List/Guide > Edit Channels menu, however this does have to be manually activated, so might not explain why your deleted channels are reverting in the way that they are. 

For your favourites, are you making sure to select the correct Favourites menu, as up to 5 can be created (Favourites 1 - Favourites 5)?

Hi @AndrewL, yes, I am aware of that option, but the reset is happening automatically. I don’t use Samsung TV Plus much, but I noticed it happened 3 times in the past few weeks. Maybe it's related to app updates?

For the Favorites, I only use the first one ("Favorites"), of the five options (Favorites, My List 1, My List 2, My List 3, My List 4). I just mentioned it because it might be related to the reset of the deleted channels.

@Dave146: Thank you. Please try heading to Menu > Settings > All Settings > Broadcasting > Auto Tuning > Standby Auto Tuning, and toggle this option off if it is active. This feature scans for channels while your TV is in standby, and might explain why deleted channels are being restored.
