Hi I'm just wonder if I can made a warranty claim on my 65" AU9000

It display a white spots that are only visible when screen is black/grey.

Over a day time I can't complain for an image quality but during night's it's very annoying.

Please see attached picture and tell me what do you think

Depends on how long you've had the TV.
If you are in the warranty period then I don't see why not.
Contact either the retailer you got it from in case you are covered under a third party warranty option with the retailer, they might be able to swap the TV or arrange a repair. Can be the quickest option.
If not contact Samsung Customer Support to arrange a repair.

If you are outside the warranty period then still contact Samsung Customer Support and arrange a repair, but this will likely be chargeable

@Paprykos: The effect you're seeing is considered to be within spec for this model, and is amplified while viewing dark scenes in a dark environment. There are steps that you can take to minimise the issue, such as heading to Settings > General > Power and energy saving > Brightness optimisation > On, as well as Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Movie. It is also recommend to increase the ambient light levels of the room for the optimal viewing experience. I hope this helps.
