Virgin Media & Universal Remote Set Up

I have just installed a Q75Q80C TV and have everything working fine except when I try to control my Virgin Media Set Top Box. After the auto setup fails I get the option to search by manufacturer and model number. It is actually an Arris DCX960/KK0B/N215/1000 and this shows up in the options but despite selecting this and also any other of the options I'm still unable to control the STB. 

I've searched the community and came across a solution that works for some but not others where they have selected a Pace DCR7111 box. Unfortunately this does not work for me.

Can anyone provide an alternative working solution please?

I, too, am just having this problem after months of pace dcr711 working fine.

Tried a couple of others I read about like Arris Next but all to no avail.

Little update.

My smart remote just randomly started working the 360 box again without me doing anything since I last set it to the pace DCR7111.

Perhaps it's a virgin update that caused the problem and a recent one has fixed it? 🤷🏻‍♂️ who knows?

Out of interest, has yours started working again?
