Hi,
My TV is model UE43TU8500U. I've noticed that some recordings that I make ask for a PIN. According to another post on this site it is for those that are marked guidance required.
My questions are:
1. Is it possible to permanently remove the prompt for a PIN from any existing recordings that I have
2. Can the TV be configured not to protect all future recordings as I really have no need for PINs. If so please could someone explain how to do this.
I lodged a call with Samsung support about this issue quite some time ago, but they have been unresponsive.
