UPDATE. While I was on the phone to the UK hotline, the Google Movies app started working again on my Frame 2019 55" model. RECOMMENDATION: If anyone still has this particular problem, please let Samsung know. Samsung TV Google Play Movies app no longer works. Logo is followed by blank screen. Have tried resetting apps, TV and One Connect box. Can still cast via Chromecast; it Samsung's built-in app that is not working.

I have the same issue, I have tried rebooting the tv, checking for updates and reinstalling the pre-installed app to no avail. Like others I can access the preview bar but cannot act as my movies via the app.

same started not working monday night, been trying all day to uninstall ,reset, reinstall and nothing. only good thing is i can watch my movies i brought though youtube. if i try use suggested titles it just says preview only and wont go to menu to look at normal app.
