UPDATE. While I was on the phone to the UK hotline, the Google Movies app started working again on my Frame 2019 55" model. RECOMMENDATION: If anyone still has this particular problem, please let Samsung know. Samsung TV Google Play Movies app no longer works. Logo is followed by blank screen. Have tried resetting apps, TV and One Connect box. Can still cast via Chromecast; it Samsung's built-in app that is not working.

Same. As of yesterday, both Samsung Smart TVs, less than 24 months old, it looks like it's booting but then gives you blackscreen. No option to re-install per-installed apps. have tried reinstall option from App menu. Thought it might be a Google thing but it is working everywhere else. All my purhcased media on Google Play so not great. I get the preview thumbnails above the app bar and you can play the trailers but no option to purhcase - although you do get the option to add to wishlist. Halp etc.

I think I've managed to carry it to some thing greater bearable (as a minimum for now, however it has had united statesand downs earlier so I can't be sure) by switching off eArc. I even have an antique-ish Samsung soundbar that handiest aid Arc and now not eArc
