Dtv to Atv

Help!! Used to be able to press channel 1 and get Dtv ,then press 1 again and get ATV . Now it just stays on Dtv. Have tried source button but that doesn't help. Any suggestions

Are you able to tell me what TV and software version are you using? You can find the model at the back and the software from the TV Settings> Support> About this TV/Contact Samsung.

Have you done anything to, or has anything happened to, your aerial or the cabling or have you moved the TV to another room, or got a new Sky box or any other device @Ianf2 ?

I haven't. I have the same system on my other TV and that's ok (pressing channel 1 to go back and forth with atv and dvt), but seem to have lost that ability with this one
