Hello, I have just purchased a new 2024 55 inch the frame, and I have connected a new Apple TV 4K to the HDMI port. I want to use my Apple Remote but the TV does not enter art mode when using the ATV remote to turn off the TV. It completely turns off. I would like the TV to enter the Art mode, and I much prefer the ATV remote to the original Samsung remote. Please let me know if someone has fixed this issue? |
