Hi can anyone help. I have just bought a Samsung 32 inch tv, model number UE32T4300AKXXU I bought it because it stated Alexa compatible. I followed instructions and downloaded SmartThings app but tv not discoverable despite being on list error code 05-20 Bluetooth issues. I checked settings on Tv and there is no Bluetooth so how do you add tv to SmartThings App or how to use tv with Alexa.
please help I am going demented I’ve tried all suggestions on help page.
