Hi, I just bought the Samsung CU7020 and it is great but the picture is too good, sounds silly I know but the people look like they are in my room while the background seems a little more blurry, I don't like it. Will turning of UHD fix? this and if so how do I do it. I watched a few videos but mine always says feature not available or something like that, it's greyed out.
This is My TV on Amazon.

Hi @Jo7t6 Welcome to the Samsung Community
Is this actual UHD content, The Tv will upscale HD content though? Anyway UHD colour only applies to external connections, UHD is automatically enabled with the tv apps. With UHd content you can turn Brightness, contrast down as will be at maximum levels with HDR.
otherwise with HD you can also adjust the settings and experiment with different picture Modes. possibly Auto Motion Plus is turned on, this is best keep at a minimum or disabled. See some information here https://www.lifewire.com/best-picture-settings-for-samsung-4k-tv
A bit on your model here https://www.samsung.com/uk/tvs/uhd-4k-tv/cu7020-43-inch-uhd-4k-hdr-ue43cu7020kxxu/ it is a basically an entry UHD model though.
