TV keeps disconnecting from sky q box

So tonight I was watching the tv and it disconnected from the sky q box and it keeps telling me to "check device power" the sky q is still on but I can not turn it off.

I have unplugged both from the wall and it works for about 20 mins.

Does anyone have any ideas whether it is the tv or sky q playing up?

Restart broadband box sky q, and your phone should fix it

It's OK sky tv has a outage, should have just looked on social media rather than losing my s*** with the tv

I had the exact same problem. It's working now, but I was fuming at the box for about and hour or so
