Hi,

My 2016 Samsung KS8000 having dead pixels on the screen. Is there any fix?

Hey @JKJohn, try with a Picture Test: press the Menu button > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture test > Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Picture Test. If the test image is still showing the dead pixels or the test fails, it will be necessary to have an engineer to repair the TV. You can find assistance with booking an engineer's visit here.

I have already done the picture test and failed. I don't know this is repairable or need to replace entire display. If that's the case, it might cost more than the TV.

Hello guys i am samsung tv ks8000 65". I used this tv only for movie time 2 hours a week. I discovered dead or stack pixels in. What can I do to? I am very disappointed from Samsung quality.

@Tv78: Is the issue visible on all channels and sources? If you head to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test, is the issue visible in the sample beach image? If so, please head to samsung.com, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Contact us' to find the relevant contact details for the support team in your region, who you can reach out to for further assistance, and arrange an engineers inspection.
