My 2019 UE49RU7300KXXU isn't supporting the download of the Now TV app. I read on the online guide though that R models support the app, does anyone know where my problem lies? TIA
I would find out what os your tv uses. My TV uses Tizen as an os which has loads of application issues and compatibility problems meaning there are many apps like now TV, that i can't use
